This week I bring you more joy from some of my favourite albums of the year thus far. The Active Child album is, as I said in the last episode, unreal and I love it more with every listen. The Panics new album is very well worth a listen, as is Brooklyn based Suckers.
I’ve included a track from a tiny band called Moonbombs, I’m not even sure if they still exist. Anyway I interviewed them a few years back when I was presenting a show on a small community radio station in Sydney, Australia. Really nice guys and a sweet song too.
Also in here is a really cool cover of LCD Soundsystem‘s All My Friends, done by Franz Ferdinand. Some of you may remember FF from their epic hit Take Me Out back in 2004.
