Hello dear musical friends and welcome to the latest edition of the best indie podcast out there. Apologies for the delay in getting this one to you, I was on vacation in South America and thought better of taking my computer with me. Just as well, as I got my ass robbed in Argentina and most likely would have lost this bad boy. As a result of not having my computer I was unable to unearth much new stuff, so apologies for a lot of songs in this one being a little old, however it is just as underground and just as listenable as always.
In this edition, there are a couple of tracks from some old faves, being Chad Valley, Xylos and a sweet remix done by one of my favourite electronic artists, Keep Shelly In Athens.
The set is led off by a sweet acoustic number from unsigned solo artist Bonesy, telling some poor sod that he slept with his mum and that she’s a cougar. Ouch.
A song from Canadian Coeur d’Pirate, in her collaboration group, Armistice, is featured, showcasing her delightful Quebecois voice.
I have also included a dope jam from Wankelmut, highlighted to me by Emily, who I am sure only came across Wankelmut cos she liked his name ;)
I will hopefully have another mix out sooner than the usual 2 weeks, with some newer stuff. Local friends should also be excited for the imminent return of the live shows, simulcasting on local radio station WMN.fm
