This week was another episode full of amazing tracks that just about rivalled last weeks effort. It was broadcast on wmn.fm, done live at Doc Branigans in Whistler. There was a fair turnout, with about 25 people showing up to have a beer and a listen and talk tunes.
I’ve been digging the new album from Cloud Nothings, some very cool punk rock. Also spun a few tracks from recent favourites New Animal and First Rate People. The Black Keys new album El Camino is represented here as well. Little known Aussie band Argentina has really impressed me with everything they’ve released, I’m really looking forward to a full length album. There’s also tidbits from the new albums from The Drums, Florence and The Machine, The Weeknd (man his voice reminds me of Michael Jackson) and Caveman.
